Site Administration

Sites are the levels below branches. This system table is used to set up sites and related details, including setting up the Shift Start Time and enabling Employee Level Resourcing.

Changes to this system table are audited and logged.

Field Description
Site Name of the site.
Branch Branch to which the site belongs.
Site Code, Address, Suburb, State Physical location information for the site.
Resource Scheduling Select either Work Group Scheduling or Labour Activity and Work Group Scheduling.
Enable Employee Level Resourcing  Labour resource levelling is defaulted by site to be at the work group level. If a site wants to plan labour at the employee level, this check box must be selected.
Shift Start Time The time when the first shift of the standard working day commences.

For maintenance contract sites, the shift start time must align to the dispatch system’s shift start time.

Week Start Day The first day of the week.
Currency The financial currency used by the site.
